$300 Plus $120 per additional professional and $10 per employee

Associate- Available to Retires, Clergy, Nonprofit & Government
$150 only

Automotive, Construction, Developers, Diversified, Transportation
$300 Plus $10 per additional employee

Finance Companies
$300 Plus $10 per employee

Manufacturers, Wholesale & Distribution
$300 Plus $10 per employee

Radio Stations, Television Stations, Printers & Publishers
$300 Plus $10 per employee

Restaurants, Retail, Grocery, Services
$300 Plus $150 per separate location and $10 per employee

Warehouse
$300 Plus $3 per 1000 square foot

Banks/S & L’s/Hospitals/Utilities
By Negotiation

(Second locations for retail, restaurants, services etc are $150 each site with per employee rate for total employees at all locations)
