The Red Barn Foundation is a non-profit Foundation whose purposes are charitable and educational. The Red Barn is a facility off FM 819 that consists of 1,500 square feet of exhibit area, 1 main meeting area and several smaller rooms. Parking can accommodate about 100 vehicles.

The fees for the Red Barn and its facilities are as follows:

| Special Business rate (Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) *restrictions may apply, based on prior bookings |

| Clean-up & Key deposit | $200.00 |
| Security (Per officer - per hour) Minimum of two hours (As required) TWO officers must be present for up to 200 guests; THREE officers must be present for 201-300 guests, and FOUR officers must be present for 301-400 guests. |
